I’ve been in ag sales most of my working life—out in the paddock, in the ute, on farm, and in front of customers. I know what it takes to sell in this industry because I’ve done it myself.
After more than 15 years working across horticulture and agribusiness, I started Curious Georgia Coaching to help salespeople, managers, and leaders perform at their best. My work is about building confidence, sharpening communication, and driving results without the bullshit.
Along the way I’ve become an MC, keynote speaker, and the host of Selling in the Paddock™, a podcast where I chat with industry leaders, sales reps, and coaches about how sales really works in agriculture.
